We have in store for our clients an automatic collar type form fill machines and automatic collar type seal machine that is installed with telescopic volumetric cup filler. This machine is provided as Model AP -301- that is an intermittent motion machine controlled by P.L.C. with an M.M.I. (Man Machine Interface) with digital display. To simplify the functional use of the machine, it has been divided into three parts: PART 1 The Product (beshan ) Dosing System This comprises of a Cup Filler Dosing System including : a.Hopper b.Telescopic volumetric adjustable Cup Filler. c.Rotation of Disc having cups separately controlled by motor. d.All. Contact parts made up of Food grade S.S. PART 2 The Product( beshan ) Pouch Forming and Sealing system This comprises of the following: a.LD film roll loading and unwinding arrangement with guided trolley. b.Photocell registration system to allow controlled flow of laminated film roll. c.Collar- type chute to give form to laminated film. d.Sealing system to provide the Side sealing, lower sealing and top sealing of the laminated pouch. e.Change our parts extra cost PART 3 Microprocessor & Plc Based Electrical Controller This comprises of the following: a.Main on /off Switch. b.Display Unit. c.Temperature controller. d.Voltmeter e.Programmed Logic control. f.Rotary /Push button switches.
